오늘은 많은 분들이 궁금해 하는 한국에서 시행하는 제도인 에너지바우처 제도에 대하여 알아보고 내가 사용가능한 금액이 얼마나 남았는지 잔액조회 방법을 알아보도록 하겠습니다.
한국의 모든 국민이 따뜻한 겨울 보내기 프로젝트로 에너지 취약계층에게 에너지바우처란 이용권 지급을 통하여 난방 연료인 등유, 전기, 도시가스, LPG, 연탄 등을 구입 지원을 해 주는 제도 입니다.
신청대상
아무나 다 되는 것은 아니며, 기본적인 소득기준과 세대원 특성 기준을 모두 충족해야 합니다. 특히 소득은 국민기초생활보장법에 따른 생계와 의료, 주거, 교육 수급자 이여야 합니다. 단 주거와 교육수급자의 경우는 2022년도 한시적 지원대상입니다.
세대원 특성은 주민등록표상 본인이나 세대원 중 아래에 해당하는 경우에 한정합니다.
- 노인 : 1957. 12. 31. 이전 출생자
- 영유아 : 2016. 01. 01. 이후 출생자
- 장애인 : 장애인복지법에 다른 등록 장애인
- 임산부 : 임신 중 또는 분만 후 6개월 미만
- 중증질환, 희귀질환, 중증난치질환자
- 한부모가족, 소년소녀가정
위의 대상 이외에 세대원 모두가 보장시설 수급자 이거나 세대원 모두가 3개월 이상의 장기입원 중인 확인된 수급자는 지원이 불가합니다. (단, 신청기간 내 세대원 중 퇴원자가 있다면 신청이 가능합니다.)
중복지원 불가
- 2022년 10월 긴급복지지원법에 따른 동절기 연료비 지원 받은 자
- 2022년 한국에너지공단의 등유 나눔카드 발급 받은 자
- 2022년 한국광해광업공단 연탄 쿠폰을 발급 받은 자
바우처 지원금액
아래와 같은 바우처 지원금액은 겨울과 여름을 서로 당겨서 사용가능합니다.
- 1인 세대 : 277,800원(여름 - 29,600원 / 겨울 248,200원)
- 2인 세대 : 379,000원(여름 - 44,200원 / 겨울 334,800원)
- 3인 세대 : 510,900원(여름 - 65,500원 / 겨울 445,400원)
- 4인 세대 : 677,100원(여름 - 93,500원 / 겨울 583,600원)
신청 및 사용기간
신청은 주거지 인근 행정복지센터 또는 온라인 복지로를 통하여 신청이 가능합니다. 기간은 다가오는 2023년 2월 28일까지 이니 늦지 않도록 해야 합니다.
겨울바우처 사용기간은 2023년 4월 30일 가지로 전기나 도시가스, 지역난방 중 1개에서 요금을 차감 시킬 수 있으니 에너지 공급사에 차감신청을 하시기 바랍니다.
에너지바우처 잔액조회
energyv.or.kr(에너지 바우처 홈페이지)에 접속하여 메뉴를 보면 '잔액조회' 가 있으니 바로 확인이 가능합니다.
성명과 생년월일, 주소를 모두 입력하여야 조회가 가능하며, 에너지 바우처 사용 기간에만 잔액조회가 가능하니 미리 서둘어 잔액 조회를 하시어 모두 사용하시면 좋겠습니다.

The characteristics of household members are limited to the following cases of the person or household member on the resident registration card.

- Infants and toddlers: Those born after January 1, 2016
- Persons with disabilities: Persons with disabilities registered in the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act
- Pregnant women: less than 6 months during pregnancy or after delivery
- People with severe, rare, or incurable diseases
- a single-parent family
In addition to the above targets, all household members are recipients of guaranteed facilities or confirmed recipients who are in long-term hospitalization for more than three months are not eligible for support. (However, if there is a discharged member of the household within the application period, you can apply.)
Unable to provide duplicate
- A person who has received winter fuel cost support under the Emergency Welfare Support Act in October 2022.
- Those who received the Kerosene Sharing Card from the Korea Energy Agency in 2022.
- A person who has been issued a briquette coupon for the Korea Mining Corporation
Voucher support amount
The voucher support amount as below can be used by pulling winter and summer together.
- Single-person household: KRW 277,800 (Summer - KRW 29,600 / Winter KRW 248,200)
- Two-person household: KRW 379,000 (Summer - KRW 44,200 / Winter KRW 334,800)
- 3-person household: KRW 510,900 (Summer - KRW 65,500 / Winter KRW 445,400)
- Generation of four: KRW 677,100 (Summer - KRW 93,500 / Winter KRW 583,600)
Application and period of use
You can apply through the administrative welfare center near your residence or online welfare road. The period is until February 28, 2023, so you should not be late.
The winter voucher period is April 30, 2023, and you can deduct the fee from one of electricity, city gas, and district heating, so please apply for a deduction from the energy supplier.
Energy voucher balance check
If you go to energyv.or.kr (Energy Voucher website) and look at the menu, you can check the balance immediately.
